Mizan Treatments

Mizan Massage in Leeds & West Yorkshire

Your initial Mizan session with me is made up of two parts. The first part is where we talk a lot about why you have come for Mizan and I'll take you through your intake form. This part can sometimes bring up a lot of emotions, which you will be fully supported through.

The second part is where the magic happens with a beautiful and wholesome massage to bring balance and harmony to your body and soul, working on the five life forces.

The session is not rushed and I'll go at the pace that is right for you throughout the whole treatment.

During the session I'll also give you some suggestions on lifestyle, diet and self care practices to do when you are at home.

These sessions are for you to be heard and a safe space to be held for you to share.

I travel throughout Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire area for home visits. If you're pregnant, you might also want to read about my pregnancy massage, or if you've recently given birth, my postpartum massage and closing ceremonies.
